/&gt;在国内油条是很普通的早餐，跟豆腐脑和糊辣汤简直是绝配。记得上高中的时候，爸爸为了保证我的营养，早早起床为我买爱吃的油条豆腐脑早餐，让我一起床就有热乎乎的油条豆腐脑吃。可是那时候我总是赖床睡懒觉，起床一看就要迟到了，只匆匆扒两三口早餐就跑了。现在想想很后悔，应该多吃几口的，身在福中不知福啊！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;   这几天在追香港连续剧&lt;&lt;法政先锋&gt;&gt;。可以看出香港人对煲汤到痴迷的程度。无论何时，只要主人公回到家，家人一定会说“煲好了汤，清肝润肺，要不要喝一碗?” 用煲汤来传递感情，可见营养又美味的汤的魅力有多大。好，今天我也来煲一个“肥而不腻，清肝润肺”的清炖子鸡汤， 哈哈!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食材: 小鸡一只，新鲜蘑菇7个。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;调味料: 盐，鸡精，姜片3片，蒜瓣2个，葱花。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法: 小鸡，新鲜蘑菇，少量盐，姜片，蒜瓣全部放入高压锅内。上汽后，小火15-20分钟(看鸡的大小，大的就是时间长一点)。 出锅后放鸡精和葱花，喝汤吃肉!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;调味料：香醋，生抽，麻油，蒜瓣２个拍破，盐，糖少许。&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;　　１．水烧沸下入粉丝煮软，再放入菠菜叶和胡萝卜丝，菠菜叶煮软后立即连粉丝捞出。我买的菠菜叶太嫩了只要３，５秒就煮软了。菠菜胡萝卜丝和粉丝用冷水冲凉放入盘中。&lt;br /&gt;从小就爱吃饺子，爱吃韭菜馅儿的。小时候家里用煤火炉，我和哥哥眼巴巴地等饺子出锅，觉得时间过得好慢。往往第一锅的吃完了第二锅还没煮好，又巴巴地等第二锅。很怀念那时候一家人包饺子其乐融融热气腾腾的情景。现在想吃饺子自己包，而且一定要自己作皮，拌馅儿，这样才是地道的家的味道。这次包的是韭菜，大白菜，猪肉馅儿的。妈妈说纯韭菜馅儿不好消化，那就加些大白菜吧！&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;食材：韭菜，大白菜，猪肉馅，白面。&lt;br /&gt;调味料：五香粉，香油（麻油），姜末，盐，酱油。&lt;br /&gt;工具：擀面杖！一定要有一把拥着顺手的擀面杖，其他的不用说大家也知道。&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;   1. 白面倒入大些的容器中，边加水边用筷子搅拌。直到面都结在一起就不要再加水了，不然面就和软了。用手把面和成面团，盖上浸湿纸巾，放在一边等半个小时再用。与此同时调馅儿。&lt;br /&gt;   2. 白菜，韭菜切碎。我不喜欢把白菜剁得太碎，那样白菜容易出水，饺子吃起来也没嚼头。肉和菜的比例大概一半一半。肉糜加入姜末，盐，酱油，香油，五香粉稍拌，再加入碎白菜和韭菜使劲儿拌，拌.....馅儿就做成了。擀皮，包饺子，煮饺子的过程太复杂我就不写了，写不清楚 :(&lt;br /&gt;  饺子出锅了，窗外北风吹，雪花飘，吃着热气腾腾的饺子，再喝一碗加香菜的饺子汤，真幸福阿！&lt;br /&gt;食材：羊肉片半磅，竹笋（罐头）切厚片适量，香菇片适量。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;调味料：花椒15粒，红干椒10个，姜片3-5片，洋葱小半个切片，自制红油，蒜瓣6-7瓣，盐。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;工具：没有干锅，用普通的炒锅。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;做法：&lt;br /&gt;    炒锅烧热倒入少量食油，加入花椒粒，姜片，红干椒，洋葱片，蒜瓣爆香。 再加入5汤匙自制红油，油热后加入羊肉片炒变色，再加入竹笋和香菇片加盐炒熟即可。&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;参照文学城上淡鸟大师的方子熬了红油，真是香极了！这个红油不仅可以做夫妻肺片和其他荤素凉菜的的调料，还可以做红油抄手，红油饺子等等。做汤面的时候也可以放一些，特便是牛肉面，放了红油特别香！我们家经常是红油吃完了沉淀在下面的辣椒泥（辣椒碎和香料）剩很多，丢了很可惜。我在高汤里加入3-4&lt;span  lang="ZH-CN" style="font-family:宋体;"&gt;大匙辣椒泥做成火锅底料，很成功。即使没有高汤只用清水也很香的。我觉得比在超市买的火锅底料吃起来放心，至少没有防腐剂，而且味道一点都不差哦！&lt;/span&gt;^^&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span  lang="ZH-CN"
